Add strings in the diagram code by using escape characters

I think it would be cool to be able to use apostrophes or something to add a string to the diagrams. Mainly to be able to use spaces, special characters, and whatnot, without breaking the script.

Escape strings are now available in all diagrams except for ERDs. ERDs are coming too.
