+1. web3/crypto icons not supported right now which would be big for us. If not uploading custom icons to a workspace, at least the ability to have them be reviewed by the team before merging in the next update would be great. I like the way slackmojis allows you to suggest: https://slackmojis.com/emojis/new

+1 to this. Current collection of AWS icons is not as complete as that of Draw.io. For instance, there is no icon for ECS task or ECS service. But if I could upload the icons AWS provides (https://aws.amazon.com/architecture/icons/), then I would have all AWS icons instantly.

I suggest the use of an icon library that has all the default icons within relevantly named file folders alongside documentation for appropriate file folder naming conventions and creation process. This way the new icons could be created according to the example of the default icons with a sub-folder within that would be the location of the icons custom image.
For simplicity of use I would further suggest the addition of a toolbar hotkey alongside the others like "insert, selection, rectangle, comment, etc"
that would work similar to the AI diagram but to instead output an interactable "button" that is the icon itself that has the ability to be placed within a figure and hidden/unhidden with a click.
this should hopefully link custom Icons to the account for resource tracking and similar purposes.
