With long documents the table of contents / document outline can become quite long.

Currently the outline view from the dropdown menu is limited to 400px in height. It would significantly improve my workflow, if it were full height.

While this might be distracting on narrower screens, it would definitely be a nice addition once lg or xl breakpoints have been exceeded by the "Document" div.
